We greatly encourage each other to take care of minds. Practicing self-care and healthy mindfulness habits. We partnered with Mind You to help LXDs in this aspect. Mind You provides psychological counseling, employee educational resources through their weekly emails, and wellness webinars.
We encourage each other to not only take care of our minds, but of our bodies as well.
After your first 6 months in Habi as LXDs, you will receive health benefits from our healthcare provider, InLife.
Wellbeing Hours is an open space where LXDs can host and/or attend wellbeing activities. It consists of different activities that can cater to different kinds of wellbeing. It can run from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Previous wellbeing topics includes: impostor syndrome, feedback, meditation, art therapy, online games, virtual exercises like dancing, or Zumba, etc.
